At Moos Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them in their original packaging.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Receive Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
